Entry into this promotion is deemed to be full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
This promotion is open to New Zealand residents aged 15 years or over, and applies only to homes sold by Dream Homes
This promotion commences on Friday 18th June 2010 and closes at 5.00pm on Saturday 18th September
Each of the first 10 purchasers of a Dream Home from Dream Homes, complete with a signed contract and initial investment paid will have an opportunity to have their name drawn as 1 of 3 lucky winners of $1000.
The first of the 3 lucky winners of $1000.00 will then have a chance to win $100,000 and will receive a set of 12 (Twelve) security envelopes. Each set contain 5 (Five) winning and 7 (Seven) NON winning symbols.
The first of the three contestants to reveal five winning symbols wins $100,000 and the contest ends"
Under the supervision of an employee of Dream Homes – the 3 winners may chose 5 (Five) envelopes from the set of 12 (Twelve) envelopes. The purchaser must open only 5 (Five) envelopes. If the Five opened envelopes contain the Five WINNING symbols – the purchaser wins the $100,000 Prize.
As soon as the purchaser has opened the 5 (Five) envelopes in the manner advised, he or she cannot open another envelope.
The purchaser also agrees, in the event that he or she opens the 5 (Five) envelopes that contain the 5 (Five) winning symbols, to undertake such steps as are required by Dream Homes indemnifier to enable the payment of the $100,000 and acknowledges that the $100,000 will not be available until these requirements have been met to the satisfaction of the indemnifier.
Any current, agents, successors, assignees, family members, employees & household members of Dream Home sand advertising agencies and promotional companies involved in this promotion, are ineligible to enter this promotion.
Dream Homes and its agencies will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury caused or sustained as a direct or indirect result of an entrant being selected as the entrant and/or winning a prize.
Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner and the winner authorises the deduction of taxes from any prize won to the extent required by law.
No prizes are transferable or exchangeable.
At the conclusion of the promotion all entries will be destroyed in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993.
Dream Homes decision is final in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
