Dream Homes offers more than 30 contemporary house plans from which clients can choose. Those plans are broken up in three price brackets: Value, Classic and Executive with the smallest house measuring 75 square metres and the largest 313 square metres. Plans are architecturally designed, and the interiors selected by a local interior designer. But there’s no hard and fast rule about sticking to the Dream Home drawings. Clients can mix and match existing plans or start from scratch.

Dream Homes have their very own showroom.  Within their offices on the corner of Devon St and Hobson St, is a newly stocked showroom, which allows customers to see everything in an instant. Different parts of the showroom are set up with different room options: In one corner there are kitchen appliances, in another bathroom fittings, in a third area brick and tile ranges, and in a fourth the Linea and James Hardie weatherboards.
